I need an official plan- eating, excercise, and maybe anything I can use. Even Myths if u know any! HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT!!!

Well, unfortunately, I've learned that "losing weight as fast as possible!!" doesnt work. And when it does work...it doesn't stay off for more than a few days because...whatever you're doing to lose it THAT fast...you cant do forever...and therefore, once you stop that intense crazy diet plan....the weight comes right on back! no matter what you do most of the time. It's just not healthy.

Give yourself a month. You may not be at your ultimate goal weight by then (depending on how much you're trying to lose) but i garuntee you will see some kind of results by then, usually about 8-10 lbs or so.

Simply....you need to exercise. You can't really put a "how long" on that, because it's up to you and what your body can handle. I personally like to do 50 situps when I wake up, take a good run at some point in the day, and then do 100 sit-ups later on. Also if you have time for a pilates class or yoga or dance or anything like that...it could make the exercise more fun. But, most of us don't have that much time on our hands.

You MUST drink 64 oz of water a day AT LEAST!! I'd drink 5-6 poland springs bottles a day.

The ultimate goal is to stay at about 1,000 calories a day...so yes, I know it's terribly annoying, but write down everything you eat, and add up the calories, carbs, and fats....it makes you much more aware of how much you're putting in your body. (you'd be surprised!)

This is a typical diet day for me, you can change things however you like:

Breakfast: water bottle, and a bowl of special K cereal.

Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat low-carb bread, water bottle, celery/carrots.

Snack: Low fat mozzarella cheese stick or Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt., water bottle.

Dinner: Salad (no dressing) with grilled chicken, water bottle.

Snack: Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese, or fruit salad. water bottle.

and a glass of water before bed.

*Key points: don't starve yourself, and don't stuff yourself. Don't over-exercise. Do what your body can. Don't feel like minor changes aren't good enough...just give it a little time and it'll pay off.

Do a lot of cardio workouts like bicycling and jump rope just don't stop. That will get your metabolism going so that u don't have to excercise right after u eat to keep from gaining weight. Then go out for sports like soccer and basketball. If you can't then go for a 20 minute jog every day. Make a goal to eat healthy and throw all your junk food out. Also make a goal for how much to excercise everyday, atleast 1hr. a day if u want to loose weight fast. Try not to have second helpings and don't overeat. If u are having meat cut all the fat off. If you have to have a snack try to make it healthy and try to limit yourself to 2000 calories per. day.

I'm guilty about it but.. once I had this event and.. I used a laxative.. 3 days later I was much better, but DON'T USE IT, what am I even telling u this??!!, cuz they all say it's harmful and drives u 2 anorexia.

Ok, well..
I dunno but before I had that same problem, but now I'm a vegetarian so I'm almost naturally thin, sometimes a bit 2 thin 4 my taste :(.
LOOK, u can do these:
1. Do the Special K diet? It does work, I once did it and it helped.
2. Or.. this really strict diet, but only do it for 2 weeks MAXIMUM:
*Breakfast: Fiber One bran cereal (30 grams) and fat free milk, add bananas if u like.
*Cafeteria lunch: Bring a cup of fruit or a special K snack.
*Home lunch: Little portions of rice, salad and fish (use a little plate instead of a big one).
*NO SNACKS, if u can't resist, eat a plum.
*Dinner: a slice of bread with butter (1 not 2).
DRINK 2 FULL GLASSES OF WATER BEFORE EVERY MEAL.

I'm tired of it.

If your weight issue was such an emergency, why didn't you work on it 10 years ago?

If it takes your whole life to get overweight, you think you can get back to where you should be in 10 days? Nah...it takes years. There is no quick solution.

Tips: eat lots of salad and fruit. Park your car and walk everywhere. That will be a start. After 2 or 3 months, you may start seeing results.

Oh yeah, no more junk food, or soda!

The cabbage soup diet is a good way to kick off weight loss,but I find it always comes back to eating healthy moderate portions of food and exercising, 30 mins 3-4 times a week. You will notice a difference, try to stay away from sugar, it is a killer.
Google the cabbage diet and you will find a recipe for it.

What ever you do, do not skip breakfast. Excirse at your spare time and try not to eat fat. Vegetables help. They have little calories and have lots of vitamins. Fruits help alot too. Cut back on junk food and dairy and meat for a while. Losing wieght quickly often isn't good for your health just to let you know. Good luck.

There's a 3-day diet that even includes ice cream every night, you can lose up to around 10 pounds in 3 days on it. I did it and lost 5kg

dont try losing too much weight at once its unhealthy, only about 2 pounds per week, that way you know you're losing fat not water weight. for the best weight loss plan, it's best to ask your doctor or hire a nutritionist/fitness planner at a local gym

Cut out the snack foods and pastry, ice cream, etc. Otherwise eat what you've always eaten, but eat less of those things.

Don't try to lose too much too soon. It could mess up your health.
