My ex and I brokeup and my heart still doesn't feel broken it still feels whole and whenever he talks bad about me my heart starts to hurt. And how I know this is that I asked my bff if she and my ex were talking about me today around 1:45p.m and she said yes and he was saying bad stuff about me. Like oh Steph is a FU**ING B*TCH and I never want to talk to her again and I hate her. He is only saying that because I hurt him. What does this feeling mean?

It sounds as though you and your ex had a relationship that was "comfortable and convienent " for the both of you.You enjoyed each other's company. And maybe had you guys more time maybe you would have fell in love. But a lot of these type of relationships occur for severals reasons.. afraid to be alone, thinking you should be dating because everyone looks at you sideways because your unattached, or you are getting out of a bad relationship and found someone to take the edge off the lonliness.Like I said there are several reasons why and I am not saying any of those reasons are yours sweetheart. But we all find ourselves in relationships of convience and at times feel guilty that the big love word never comes of it.
I think you hurt from his immature comments.Because you cared for the guy, respected him and had hoped that with the relationship ending you could still be friends. You had hoped to end this maturely and still keep a friend in him.And honestly, you should be proud of yourself.Your taking the high road and not insulting him and calling him bad names to anyone who would listen. Its always hard when someone you liked and cared about. resorts to this behavior.I wish you lots of hugs and tell you to hold your head up high.Waste no more time, energy or emotion on this guy.And get out there and find your mr right. He's out there I promise!!!

it means you have not really gotten over this break up yet. Yet your ex maybe angry because one of you caused the break up. He's just hurt too, he just want you to feel horrible for what you done for him. Its time to move on, don't worry what your ex says. Just go on with life.

Anger... WOW, your "bff" is really honest... why she talks to the guy that says such horrible things about her best friend?

it is your gut feeling.. you hurt him and now he is upset and it is moreless your conscience telling you to feel bad.. you should feel bad if you did something wrong..
