Eating 5-6 "mini" meals instead of 3 larger ones will help raise your metabolism, also eating spicy foods. Drink lots of water too and make sure you get plenty of excercise.

I read an article recently that mentioned foods that actually 'help' people who want to lose weight, milk was one, small amounts of almonds,eggs for breakfast,steak (the size of a deck of cards)...there was a few more but i'm sorry I can't recall the others...you will just have to take my word for it!!!

eat 6 smaller meals a day and also exercise. its the exercise that will do it. read tips on healthier eating and exercise programs to help you more on this site
