Here's the thing...college life and high school are two totally different worlds. At least it was for me. You could try the long distance thing, but that will take some time. But most importantly you need to do what YOU WANT! It's not the end of the year yet. Who knows, the two of you could break up before then. I suggest you go to where you wanna go, and if it's meant to be...it will be. Good luck!

I've heard a lot of people say that following your sweetheart to college is NOT a good idea. If one of the two doesn't get what they wanted from their first-choice school at the school they followed their lover to, resentment builds up — big. But I took the liberty of doing some research, and I discovered that your schools are just a little over two hours away. Not so far for weekend visits. You can probably handle that.

Dont give up your education, or get less of an education, for a girl. If theres a great college near her, great. If not, go to the best one you can get into and afford.

Long distance can work if you try hard enough, but dont let it interfere with your growing college social life, or college life at all. Me and my boyfriend dated in high school, college, and now live together, and neither one of us sacraficed our college lives for the other. Youll just regret it when your older.

Do what is best for YOU if this relationship is ment to be it will be! Me and my boyfriend are both in college (different schools) and it does get really hard sometimes. Just ask yourself one question What is it that will work out the best for my future? The rest will fall into place. GOOD LUCK!!!!

you will probly not end up with this girl..go to the college you want to go to...if you end up going to college with your girl you will more than likely break up and you will be unhappy there. so think about you before her this time. and go to your school
