This is an important time for you right now. Since you aren't exercising as hard as you used to, you are prone to losing muscle. Since muscle burns extra calories 24/7, less muscle means you are more likely to put on extra flab, too.
With gymnastics, you may be in really good shape already. For an easy workout, just go running or bicycling, or if you can't run, go walking. The best is 30 minutes a day, at least 4 days a week. You should work hard enough that you are breathing heavy. You might also consider learning some weight training, to help keep up that muscle you built up in gymnastics.
If you aren't working out as hard as you used to, you probably won't be able to eat like you used to. The lunch you mention isn't very good at all. Over time, you could lose muscle, to the point that your body can't burn off the extra junk food, like the cookies and fries. At that point, the extra calories have nowhere else to go but your hips and tummy.

change your eating habits and add some healthy stuff, and walking, jogging or cycling can keep you in shape or take up swimming if you have access to a pool
