Yes, your kitten is sick. It's only normal for a cat to throw up every once in a while. I recommend a visit to the vet as soon as possible!

Throwing up and doesn't eat -- and she's a kitten? Doesn't look good. I hope for your sake that it's not Parvo. Do you know the mother cat or litter mates? If so, do they have symptoms, too?
Take her to the vet right away! Do not hesitate. If it's the bill, almost all vets will work with you and not turn away a sick animal.

Without more detail not knowing if your kitten is outdoor or not this is what I would suggest:
If she/he goes outdoors then he maybe ate something that poisoned him. This happens quite a lot specially with kittens.
If he is indoors then maybe he got into something around the house that mad him very sick.
If he hasn't had all his shots he could be very seriously ill.
In any case please, as many have said here, get him to the vet asap. You don't want to fool around with this kind of symptoms.
Hope everything turns out well. He may just need some medication.

When ever an animal stops eating it's not good. Call your vet and make sure you get in there tomorrow. If she hasn't been eating for a while, call an emergency vet tonight. Make sure to offer fluids. If she's not eating or drinking she'll get dehydrated quickly.
No one can accurately diagnose your kitty without seeing her. Go to your vet.

You should get up out of the chair and go to vet's office with your cat. Kittens can go so quickly. I hate to tell you, but your kitten may be dying and you are online, instead of trying to save her. GO TO THE EMERGENCY VET NOW!!!

uncooked hamburger meat won't injury cats, they consume uncooked meat each and all the time while they seize mice, birds ect. If she's crying and could no longer sit down nevertheless she's in all risk bored; attempt fidgeting along with her for slightly. in case you quite think of she's ill, you are able to desire to purpose taking her outdoors (do no longer enable her run loose nevertheless) and see if she would be able to consume some grass. while cats are quite undesirable ill, from what i've got seen, they are going to lie around and definetely isn't up and shifting everywhere, so she is in all risk large!
