2" x 2" Passport photo file HELP Please?

Question

Need to submit a 2" x 2" whiteback ground passport standard photo in file online.

I am new to Photoshop CS2, can anybody tell me how to fix it steps by step; I used a digital camera took the potrait already.

just get google's Picasa, very easy to do that and it's a free program, here's the link

Instead of using CS2, try using something with a simpler interface like Picasa2 or FastStone. You should be able to quickly resize it and/or crop as needed, instead of going through the hassle of learning in Photoshop.
