Most important thing to do is to see a doctor (family doctor, then a dermatologist maybe) as soon as possible.
Do a blood test!
It comes from the inside our body.
There are few major causes of hair loss:
1. stress (most common)
2. medical treatments (like cancer), taking certain medication
3. pregnancy
Do not wait, see a doc. It is serious and you already waited too long.
Good luck to you.

You need to go to a doctor. I wouldn't take anything until you do. There are many things that it could be and they are all health related so you don't want to be putting any drugs into your body because they may make it worse. The only time i ever lost a lot of hair was during my pregnancy, but you should definately make an appointment, maybe even call your hairstylist to see what she/he thinks. After all, they are trained in this sort of thing.

You should try Nioxin. It is a bit expensive, but I have seen a girl who was loosing her hair (you could actually see her scalp) have it grow back.
You might want to try and find out why your hair is falling out! It could be a medical problem. You can get Nioxin at the salons. I am in Canada, and I know it goes on sale at
x-mas time, (2 for 1)
Good Luck.

Consult with a doctor, it may be something very simple that is making it fall out, everyone has normal hair loss everyday but not clumps. Maybe you should get a blood workup to see if you are lacking something.

see a doctor. (the answer nobody wants to hear here!)

it could be something very simple, and a minor problem...which it more than likely is.

But there's always the risk of it being something more serious. You just want to be sure it's not a symptom of a bigger problem.

It's always better to be safe than sorry :)

if you wash your hair every day don't that might be the problem because you are loosing natural oils so wash it every other day or see a dermatologist but DON'T PUT ANYTHING IN YOUR HAIR.
