As for the USA, they would be looking at easily 10 to 30 years in prison, and life as a sex offender. The reason for the 20 year difference is because how much involvement each man had, such as the ring leader (the ex- will get much longer), those with that just tagged along may choose to plea bargain for a lesser charge to implicate the Ex- to testify against him. But that is up to the District attorney if that deal in on the table, usually in rape cases deals are not ever offered.

Both of these crimes are serious. They often fetch several years imprisonment. because there are so many variables there isn't a formula as such. for instance if a person with severe learning difficulties commits a child rape, or shows intense remorse ...or there's a diddly pervert judge, the sentence will reflect that. Arson and robbery are similarly complex and depend on if there was aggravation, an attack on a person, or was the robbery associated with physical harm etc etc. Irrelevant of the time given these people serve half the sentence only. unless there is a death or ABH involved.

Thats just sick. People who rape, murder or seriously injure another person with intention should be thrown in jail and have the key flushed down the toilet.

They should lose all rights as a human being whatsoever and be treated like dirt. Rapists should have their penises removed. End of story.

it varies from state to state. I've heard of people getting life in prison to as little as a few years. I would ask your District Attorney. I'm also sorry to hear this and i hope you are ok.

Not long enuogh. They should be in there for 30-50 yrs. Long enuogh for them to get raped a thousand times each.

Once again...a question that would require knowledge of the STATE in question.

What is with you people?

Depends on the state and how much of a sleazy lawyer they can afford.

Better off to just shoot them.
