As you get older, you will realize how little your high school persona has to do with whether or not you are a successful adult. Student congress can offer you some real people skills that could pay huge dividends later in life.

i agree with shark7777---it depends on WHO might see you as "geeky"
from the pov of another club member, it's normal
from a gangsta, it's nerdy
doesnt matter tho as long as you enjoy being a part of that group

Too other kids maybe. But your attitude about it will help decide how they treat you. If you are positive, with a 'hey I like it and I don't care what ya think' attitude, then more people will like and respect you.
