I shop at a health food shop and buy organic olive oil to use in my stir frys, salads etc. They have all sorts of oils (e.g brazil nut oil) which is the healthiest and nutricious one to buy? I'm talking about types not brands.
Thanks in advance.

Olive oil, canola. You're probably best off only using a touchof cooking spray though

Grapeseed oil is a healthy option, especially for high temperature cooking.
