Well going tanning or sitting in a sona on full blast for like 15 minutes a day may not be a bad idea. Also try only eating breakfast and lunch since it speeds up your metabolism. Don't over eat for dinner because the evening hours is when your physically the most inactive in most cases.

You need to lift weights, strain yourself. What this would do is increase your muscle. At first you may be a little heavier, but this is simply because muscle is heavier than fat. Then you could start Cardiovascular exercise, and it will come of. On top of all this, less meat and more veggies, but not no meat at all. Its worth a shot
DIETING. Diet pills are bad, it burns fat, along with muscle, making it harder to lose weight in the future, and furthering your dependence on them!
