1. Change diet. Stop eating greasy foods, i.e., hamburgers, potatoe chips, peanut butter, sandwich meats. NO MEAT. I'm not against meat, but until you clean your blood of toxic waste you need to stop eating it.

Yes I said toxic waste. Your skin is an organ. It shows exactly whats on the inside by protruding on the outside. Just like veneral diseases.

2. Build up acid in your blood. Eat citric acid foods. Fruits as much as possible, i.e., grapefruit, oranges, grapes. Also eat vegetables. Lots of greens (collard, mustard, romaine lettuce). Sometimes you have to eat what you may not like to be healthy.

3. Drink vinegar and water every day. It helps to lower blood pressure too. Bad nerves makes pimples. All humans go through stress. In growing up you learn how to handle it or you may wind up with heart disease, high blood pressure or crazy from trying to be someone you are not. Just be yourself, love yourself. If people don't like you, they missed out on having a good friend. There is someone for everybody. Usually you like people that don't want to like you. Start noticeing the people who want to be your friend. Those are the people you should want to hang around. Unless you make some special friends in school for a lifetime that is priceless, but that does not always happen in life. Just go with the flow and leave well enough alone.

(2 tablespoons in 1 glass of water. Distilled or pure water. No water from the faucet.)

4. Take an enema to clean bowels from the intestines. Not everyday, but at least once a week for 2 months. Ask your parent how to take one if you don't know how. You will need to know anyway before you are an adult. It is a good health habit to know about.

5. Drink plenty of water to flush out the system from toxins.

6. Stop scratching your face. Keep your hands out of your face.

7. Buy a small bottle of peroxide in the brown bottle. Use a paper towel and wash your forehead and cheeks with it. Don't go near your eyes. Don't use soap on your face until you have an idea what is causing you to break out. When the pimples have cleared up just use water on your face and a cleansing agent like noxima, for the rest of your life.

There are some of us who grow out of pimples. Which just means our physical chemistry has changed with age and hormones.

I hope this has helped you, it did for me!

Yeah it was pubery I was the same way. I will give you some great advice. I used all the cremes they have mentioned here even retin-a, which can be harmful to the skin. What you need to tell him to do is make sure he doesnt touch his face alot, get some good facewash products and maybe some over the counter creme that was mentioned here. Do NOT over use, More does not mean less pimples, it will just make your face look red. Drink lots of water and take ZINC supplents like once a day, it really helps. Its really a funny thin because now I do not even have to use anything on my face at all and it looks flawless, just let him know he is in a growing phase.

Well... he can go to Wil-Mart and get Clean and Clear, the blue bottle and it might take a few weeks to clear up. But they will start going away after a while. And stay away from the oily foods. they don't really help your skin because what you eat, the oil comes out of you skin which makes you break out, and that's not really good for you skin.

One way is to use Retin-a Micro. But you need to go to a dermatologist to get that. It really works and clears up everything in like a week or two... it's amazing... use this instead of those cheap crap you get from drug store that doesn't seem to work.

pure TEA TREE OIL. it will smell like peanut oil going on the skin but the smell fades and improves by the next day. You can get it at GNC. I and my gf that got me onto this stuff put it on by dabbing it on the tips of our fingers, then apply.
It's not free, but it's not expensive. The smell will should be gone by the next day for school.

Less oily foods.
Use the "pads" (stridex) frequently, several time a day.
Quit being a baby about it and continue with his life.

proactiv is supposed to be good. kinda expensive though. theres this clean and clear advantage spot treatment that works well.. less than 10 and it lasts forever. witch hazel is good too, if you don't have sensitive skin, cause otherwise it hurts.
