Go to the doctor. Maybe it's a sign of diabetes or some other medical condition. I was sweating a lot too before until I found out I had diabetes. Now I am fine.

13 is around the age that all your hormones in your body are starting to go crazy. As a result your body is probably adapting and trying to keep cool by realeasing sweat. Don't worry about it. But make sure you are putting in as much water as you are sweating out.

It probably means that you are going through puberty, and that your hormones are changing. You may have fluctuations in a lot of bodily symptoms until your hormones find a balance.

It could be that you have been eating a lot fatty foods, sweet stuff like chocolates, pasta and carbohydrates. You should also take a bath more often.

That is not enough information to do a diagnosis. You must see a doctor, who can take a history, take measurements, and use visual cues and his experience to diagnose your sweating.
