need to know the wire size for a combination secondary electrical installation, 95m to a 400 amp disconnect then sub feed to a 200 amp subservice

You can do the math yourself.
This table http://www.powerstream.com/Wire_Size.htm tells you the resistance in Ohm per km (1000meter) and Ohm per 1000 feet, for every wire gauge.
Choose the wire gauge you need (400Amp and 200Amp),
Then use the formula = times . Consider that you get voltage loss twice, on the "live" wire and on the "neutral" wire, if 95 meter is the distance, rather than the total wire length.
