I drink coffee now only during the day - and usually have a milky coffee rather than the black coffee I used to drink. Tea is usually some variety without milk - I am very partial to rose pouchong!

I take cream and sugar in my tea. Does not matter if it is caff or decaf. If I am going to drink flavoured tea, I prefer peppermint. It is a good tea to have hot or cold. I put it over ice after working hard during the day. It is a great thirst quencher.

Limited edition Gingerbread Latte from Starbucks - YUM YUM YUM!! Can't wait till closer to Christmas - De-caff if you want to sleep, otherwise it doesn't matter.
Strong tea with two sugars and a little milk - never de-caff for tea!!!!

I love all of it. For the most part I only drink decaf coffee if it is late at night, and I know I have around 20 different kinds of tea. I drink a lot of tea, at least a few cups a day (hot or cold) and I drink coffee (flavored with creamer and sugar and milk) a few times a week. Mmm...

Green tea form Sayama, Japan is the best one for me. Sayama is not the biggest tea producing area in Japan, but it certainly produces top quality one. I like tea in general including Erl Gery, Lady grey, and may other blends. I also like Oolong (ulong) tea from China. That is said to help you loose weight. And it keeps me alert even when I'm so tired.
I don't like PG and Tetley. Their quality is no good.
I drink coffee sometimes, but I like tea more.
And I don't do de-caff....because I want the caffeine kick! Or what's the point....

I drink my coffee black with three sweetners, yes three because if i'm on a diet and can't have it how i want it i'm going to have it as sweet as i like! one fully leaded one when i get up and the rest decaff to stop my throat swelling up! that's how i take it on a daily basis.

however, my favourite way of taking coffee is a tall cappucino, caramel syrup. failing that i'd have a filter coffee with cream and sugar, yum!

I don't drink tea, i use to before i got pregnant, sweet with no milk, but ever since i got pregnant whenever i have a cup of tea i throw up! so no tea for me anymore. i didn't drink much coffee before i started reading Anita Blake books either....now i'm hooked!

ingesting tea shouldn't shop you from getting pregnant yet as quickly as you're you may decrease down on tea and different caffeine liquids. there is a few thing in tea quite that blocks the absorption of iron and could reason you to alter into anemic for the time of being pregnant.
