For your biceps simply do curls.
And for the triceps try raising a dumbell with an appropriate weight above your head and slowly lower it behind your head and back up.

Any time that you take your arm from fully extended and curl it up and towards your body, you are working your biceps. Every time you have a bent arm and extend it away from your body you are working your triceps. You can make up your own variations as long as you stick to that basic concept

Triceps:
Close grip bench, tricep extensions (alternate between doing it on the flat bench, incline bench, and decline bench each week. doing it on the decline bench is the best for hitting the three tricep heads), pushdowns, kick backs
Biceps:
Preacher curls, dumbell curls (standing, seated, incline seated), cheat curls, 7-7-7s,
