Yes I tried it once - I lasted about 2 weeks. I was never hungry, as you can eat as much soup as you like. But I was absolutely fed up to the back teeth with it and I had an almighty craving for bread! At the end of the 2 weeks I could have killed someone for a cheese sandwich!

I lost loads of weight - but it was all fluid and I put it straight back on afterwards.

My tip - DON'T DO IT!

Let's assume that you do lose weight. BTW, I heard a person who lost weight on a "chocolate diet" and another who lost weight eating nothing but french fries.

If you lose weight, you will gain it all back plus. How do I know? Because you haven't changed your LIFESTYLE to increase the amount of calories your body uses (aka "exercise") eating only the calories that equals the amount you burn.

In addition, your body will "learn" during your diet that you might have times when food is scarce, so it will overcompensate when you do start eating food and store as much in fat cells as it can. Not only will your current fat cells fill up, but you'll get new fat cells too.

You see, a "diet" isn't something that you "do" until you're "done." It is a lifestyle change. Until you change your lifestyle, you're gonna have weight and health problems.
