#1 SPICY CREOLE BLOODY MARY
3oz. Vodka
1 1/2 Cups Tomato Juice
2 1/2 oz. Canned Bouillon, Undiluted
1 tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
2 tps. Pickapeppa Sauce
2 tps. Worcestershire Sauce
2 dashes Pickapeppa Hot Red Pepper Sauce
1/4 tsp. Salt, if desired.
Lemmon Pepper Seasoning
Celery Stick
Shake all ingredients, except for lemon pepepr and celery stick, in ice cubes, just until chilled. Strain over fresh ice in 2, 12oz. glasses. Sprinkle lemon pepper lightly over both drinks. Celery stick optional.
#2 Rich & Spicy Bloody Mary
1 (46-ounce) can tomato juice
4 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons juice from canned jalapenos
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
dash garlic
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart pitcher. Store covered in the refrigerator.
2. Directions for mixing drink: Add 3 parts of the Rich & Spicy Bloody Mary Mix to 1 part vodka, gin, rum or tequila, over ice. This Rich & Spicy Bloody Mary Mix is also delicious by itself. Simply pour over ice and serve.
#3 Spicy Bloody Mary Mix

"Bloody Mary" - 6 servings
3 cups tomato juice or V-8 vegetable juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Dash hot pepper sauce
6 oz. vodka (3/4 cup)
Crushed ice
Lemon wedges
Celery stalks
1) In large pitcher, combine tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire, celery salt, hot pepper sauce and vodka. Cover; chill.
2) To serve: Stir mixture; pour over ice in 8-oz. highball glasses. Serve immeditely. Garnish with lemon wedges and celery stalks. Yields 3 1/2 cups.

Find the thickest bloody mary mix you can, like Red Eye. Add either a splash of dill pickle or olive juice to it. And salt the rim of the glass with lime. YUM!

my favorite is...
1 1/2 oz absolut peppar
1 oz guinness beer
dash of celery salt
dash of worcestire
dash of tobasco (can be made with or without depending on the spiciness that you want)
bloody mary mix (finest call is my favorite)
squeeze in two lime wedges and two lemon wedges
serve over ice in a glass lined with celery salt
garnish with celery and a dill pickle

MY AWESOME BLODDY MARY:
1/2 cup Tomato Juice

2 drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lime juice

dash of freshly ground black pepper
dash of celery salt
dash bitters
celery stalk for garnish
Mix all ingredients together with ice cubes in tall cocktail glass.
