it works great as a sleep aide... but make sure you will not be interrupted.. turn the cell phone off . Also, be aware of the types of foods or drinks you consume after 5pm. keep them caffeine and sugar free.

Works great in fact I only take one. I find with two I can't get out of bed the next morning. Also I find Benadryl works well as a sleep aid. Good luck to you.

If ur just trying to sleep, it is cheaper to buy generic benadryl, diphenhydramine, the ingredient that makes u sleep. That's all that's in it, tylenol and benadryl. Benadryl can give u a rebound effect though. If u haven't taken it before, itmight make u groggy and give u a headache when u wake up.

Drink lots of coffee. It will help you to stay awake. If you get tired, splash water on your face. Maybe take a nap now and have somebody wake you up when it's a bit before you have to leave. That way the rest will kick in then, and maybe not later? Good luck!

Doesn't work for me.. If you see that 2 pills don't work for you, than try tea instead or meditating. Also, you can try blindfolds and/or soft music. Sounds corny, but works for me.

It works well but it tends to make it super difficult to get up in the morning. Also gives me nightmares about stuff blowing up.

Get the liquid, doesnt taste too bad and works faster.
If you are getting it for sleep only, just get benadryl.. its the same active ingredient, and cheaper.
