perhaps you should start making the house keepers job more difficult when she does this. make a big mess. or maybe you could sabotage her, break things and make it look like it's her fault, steal your moms jewelry and hide it in her stuff, come on you can use your imagination.

Get an even meaner dog.

no really, there is nothing you can do about it. Your parents are the people who employ her. Just buy a new leash that she doesn't know about or just suck it up and deal. She is a weird one, though.

I would just flip out on her but that is not a correct way to do it. Try anoying her I would get a new dog leash and hide it in your room. What a wacko!

I guess that your parents don't want to get rid off the housekeeper so maybe the option is find her a new job, try to place her in one of your friends house...

Sorry to say, you are not the one in charge. Your parents are, so, you need to have a long talk with them and try to work things out with Rosa.

Ask her what kind of dog she doesn't like and borrow it from a friend untill she leaves, then give the dog back to the friend and smile. LOL.

I would just buy another leash and leave it in my car. If she truly is mean and does other things to make you angry, I would definitely relieve her of her duties.
