In the right sense it could mean this. "Move on" down the street, "move on" with your life including love life, stop wasting time and energy trying to get life out of wood. Find a responsive guy and take it from there.

"Move on" means to leave a particular situation. It doesn't necessarily imply that you take up with the next guy in line. You might want to have a bit of a breather or spend some quality time with your girlfriends!

It means to move away from the person that is ruining your life. It's your choice whether you "move on" to the next guy. I usually don't mean that when I say move on.
