his tone of voice... does he like me?

my coworker talks to me in a "sweet" tone of voice, but i think that's only because i'm not the kind of girl guys would joke around with or be mean to. sometimes he seems kind of shy when he talks to me. but when he talks to other girls or guys, he loses that 'sweetness.' he's always happy to help me out whenever i ask him to, too.

we've had a few eye to eye contact when i catch him looking me. he also likes waving at me

Possible. Do you like him? Sounds that way...so why not broach the subject, invite him to coffee sometime.
