Not to mention he is my professor and he knows some backround stuff about me that I never told him about, some of it may be considered confidential information...(So he must have been searching my files or asking about me)

Oh, and I can't really 'trust my feelings' beause I don't think I can be objective about this since I am totally falling for him :)

Oh and PS, I am a grad student, and after this semester I won't take any classes from him, or do anything related to his field of study, so there will be no academic interdependence whatsoever

well sounds like he may like you but most professor's sign a code of ethics contract and i suspect dating a student is grounds for termination. If you want him better wait till your outta school,
