Miguel, I live in FL, but am pretty sure there are plenty of choices at just about any restaurant you choose. Now days, most have light side menus. Specifically, There is probably an Applebees in the area, and I love their Veggie Patch Pizza. Its on the appetizer list and is very low fat and delicious.

I've been there last Feb. and stayed in Scottsdale and 1 week in Tempe. In Scottsdale There's fashion square for great shopping which I liked and in Tempe you'll find a lot on Mill ave, any kind of food. Those are about 40 and 20 minutes drive from Phoenix, but worthwhile visiting. Phoenix has lots of options too, like these.
