No, it isn't difficult for a man. The visual creatures you mention are little boys trapped in a man's body. Real men value personalities and intelligence far more than looks. I have a girlfriend that I am in love with and a female best friend whom I deeply love in a non-romantic manner.

When I was youger it was - Now older (36) not old but older it is pretty easy .
When I was 14 -25 I got distracted a lot - I didn't do anything about it (if I was in a relationship) but still I got distracted .
