you should try to make the best out of your life. try to (at least) fake a smile everyday . a smile on your face will bring a smile to someone Else's . last year my life was a nightmare so i know what you're talking about. so didn't worry just be yourself and soon you'll see that that's the best you will ever be

Go and talk to a doctor or a trusted friend or family member. It could be that you are suffering from depression and although you may not believe it, you can get life back on track for yourself. I spent every day of the past two years crying and not leaving the house because things got so bad for me. It was only when I started talking that people knew how bad it was and I could get some help. If you are like me and think that nothing helps, do yourself a favour, talk to someone, ask for help. I know now that I was wrong, things do get better. Don't wait, I wasted two long long years suffering, and if I had known I could get better, I would have done it much sooner. Good luck.

Everything has a beginning, a middle, and an end. Why do you think there's a war on? To distract people from the obvious. Some want to die ahead of time. Wierd, huh?

1) Know that nothing lasts forever - life goes up and down. 2) Change what you can that is bothering you. 3) Seek therapy. Community mental health organization can help you find assistance.

I think you really need to talk to someone, like your doctor, and maybe he can prescribe something. Maybe he could refer you to a counselor or psychologist, cause it sounds like you really need to talk to someone, and people like that are naturally very caring and good listeners, and I think that will help.
