Go and talk to a doctor or a trusted friend or family member. It could be that you are suffering from depression and although you may not believe it, you can get life back on track for yourself. I spent every day of the past two years crying and not leaving the house because things got so bad for me. It was only when I started talking that people knew how bad it was and I could get some help. If you are like me and think that nothing helps, do yourself a favour, talk to someone, ask for help. I know now that I was wrong, things do get better. Don't wait, I wasted two long long years suffering, and if I had known I could get better, I would have done it much sooner. Good luck.

I think you really need to talk to someone, like your doctor, and maybe he can prescribe something. Maybe he could refer you to a counselor or psychologist, cause it sounds like you really need to talk to someone, and people like that are naturally very caring and good listeners, and I think that will help.
