Another good question... Wel, are you actually stressed from work, or from the home issues that you've mentioned? You're asking about work stress, but what is it that plays on your mind the most? Some jobs obviously have more stress than others, I'm fortunate enough to have an easy fun relaxed part time job and a high stress dealing with lots of people in a mental environment with everything you do being watched and recorded type of part time job as well, so I'm lucky, I get to see both sides. Do you feel rewarded at work? Do you think you're appreciated? Are you paid enough? Ask yourself questions like these, and answering in the negative may suggest that the stress is work related, often we feel like we're not appreciated, and we're giving too much for no return when work becomes stressful for us. But also consider that the issues at home might be taking priority in your mind at the moment, making work an unfortunate obstacle to sorting out the home issues, hence resentment towards your job, followed by... stress! But to answer your original question, I found it had all got too much when I came to in the manager's office to find I'd gaffa taped him to his chair and staple gunned every piece of paper in his room to his body, face and head. Always find that's a sign of too much stress at work. Has this happened yet?

You should never bring your work home and likewise never take your home problems to work!
So you have problems at home, then you must leave them there, or, do not go to work that day'
It is just as well you now know and recognise your problem 'home issues' are effecting your working ability and you have to get out of the downward spiral by your own efforts.
Now make up your mind to sort out the problem(s) fast.

The home stress is affecting you more than you care to realize. I think that you need something to decompress from home and work. A friend of mine recently started going to a batting cage but you can use other things before you loose your lively hood.

When it seems that you are distracted because of issues at home, or outside the workplace, it is time to stop yourself and reflect as to why these things are happening. I like to leave all worries about home before I walk into work and vice versa when I come home. It makes it easier for me to focus on my day at hand. Sometimes, we just need a few minutes to clear our heads and be able to concentrate on matters at hand.

it is difficult to know, don't let them bully you, as this is more likely to make you more stressed - just force a smile on your face and do the best you can, whilst looking for a new job if you are unhappy there. We all do it, we all have to work, you are not alone!
