I have some suggestions. First you want to start eating 4 - 6 large meals a day. You want lots of carbs like pastas and grains. Honey and peanut butter are good too in between meals. It is good to snack. Don't just eat fattening food because that's not what you want, and that will just just make you unhealthy. The easiest way to gain weight is to sleep right after you eat. This slows your metabolism and causes you to gain weight. This is how sumo wrestlers gain so much weight. Finally if you are going to exercise only do cardio for about 25% of the time or less and weight lift the other 75%. When you lift do 3 sets of 3-4 reps at a max weight. This will also build bulk rather than doing lots of reps which tones. Hope that is helpful for you.

Drink beer, smoke pot, keep a serious supply of munchies on hand. If that doenst put on the weight then you need to have your thyroid levels checked. Seriously, have a physical and if you are fine go the your local GNC or other vitamin shop, they have all kinds of weight gaining stuff. A more natural approach? Chocolate.

My daughter was sick since she was born and she is still very underweight. We do things like add butter to soups and make shakes with half and half, homo milk, yogurt and skim milk you can also add fruit. Just be sure to get all your nutrients as well as the extra fats and calories that you need. Try this website for some ideas:
