11-12 hours direct, longer with a stop. TG, BA, EVA all go direct, many more with a change in the Middle East.

Looooooooooong.
I live in Europe and come from Australia. I do that flight, and more several times a year.
As above, you will be in a plane for around 11 to 14 hours. Depends on the route and tail wind

The direct flights are only available through Thai Airways, Eva and Qantas/BA code-shares and they take around 12 hours, give or take 15 minutes. There are many one-stop options through Europe (Lufthansa, Austrian, KLM, etc) or through the Middle East (Emirates, Etihad, Qatar). I prefer the Middle East option personally as it breaks the trip into roughly 6-hour sectors.
