Eat or drink more protein. Talk to the guys at GNC for weight gaining advice. As you get stronger increase your weights by two pounds every week. Good luck!

awh! lol, don't do that!! lol.. but here ya go,
1. eat about 2,000 more cals. than usual!
2. eat while watching tv.
3. drink anything but water!
4. snack a lot
5. dont execise
6. you shouldnt be doing this
7. sleep after you eat
8. after waking up eat some more. lol
9. dont do it!
10. repeat steps 6 & 9 again!!!

Do you work out. muscle weighs more then normal flab. you could try eating a little more things like meat. thats really a tough one. I would say go for mcdounalds but that would be unhealthy to.

eat a lot of avacadoes and raw vegetables. do not eat sugar, sugar will make you skinny it is very bad it eats muscle tissue and make you week. drink lots of water and work out with weights.
