As well you should be. It is a most beautiful country as well as language. There is a fine little colony of Greeks in a small town about 30 minutes NW of Victoria British Columbia. I want to call it Sydney. They have marvelous bookstores. Look up their edress and find some home.

I can read Classical Greek, but I don't speak the modern language.

fluent understanding, ok speaking...my cousin is also in from greece for grad school, he is an engineering major at lehigh and was a professional water polo player
