"space" is one of the worst words a man uses. It means he has filled that space you used to occupy with someone new. And it means he is too cowardly to say why he wants you gone. He isn't really a man hon; he is just a little boy. A real man would say outright "I don't want this relationship to continue". You wouldn't pussyfoot around if you thought the relationship was not working out. But that only means you are much more mature mentally and emotionally than this loser of a boy is. Stand up, brush yourself off, smile that he will be out of your life and his dramas will go with him, and walk tall sweetie. He might, someday, that he has to emotionally mature,...but lots of little boys NEVER grow up. You will be fine dear. You are sesible, strong and wise. Walk away and NEVER LOOK BACK for a moment!

ok in this case you should give him space. Men are like that and there´s nothing you can do to change that. The best way to get him back is laying back dont try to contact him no matter how it takes and he´ll come back to you.

he usually means just that! Everyone has a personal 'space' and it gets annoying if someone is constantly violating that 'space'. For others, it's 'man-code' for....you are getting on my nerves!

That you call too much and maybe smothering him. BUT some guys just say that to get out of a relationship and don't have the balls to say what the real problem is.

Not to be rude but he is telling you that he finish using you and now he is looking for something that is better. You need to move on now before you really get hurt.

it could mean a lot of things.. he wants to date other people, he wants to be alone or he has other issues (family, school, work) that he wants to concentrate on. attachment to another person can be pressureful. so try not to think of it as a personal reject. even if he isn't falling for you, he isn't worth your time anyways.
