I've noticed that guys are the ones who tend to keep in touch with their exes more than girls but I could be wrong. But I don't see the point in this. Why do you guys keep in touch w/ your ex-girlfriends, even though YOU may have dumped them. My ex bf and I only dated for one month, it never went past kissing (cuz he knew I was saving sex for marriage, and he ended it 8 months ago, but I still hear from him on msn sometimes. He only contacts me on msn and now it seems like he only says hi on msn when he thinks my life is going through changes. For example, I put ‘application’ as my msn quote and he started asking all these questions as to whether I was applying for grad school since its my last year of undergrad. Why is he still curious? Could he still kinda have feelings for me?

he could be just curious. sometimes i'm curious about my ex just to see where he is in life but if i contact him it doesn't mean i have feelings for him.

Sometimes we break up with girls for some other reasons like maybe he thought it wasnt working out as well as he thought or something like that. A lot of the time we do still have feelings for our exes. You could ask him if you want to or if you want to get back together if hes open he might say yes. Good Luck

He may have feelings for you or he may be being friendly. You must have had something in common to have started dating so he's probably remembering that. I've only had one girlfriend, my current one; but, I know I'd want to stay in touch with her if we ever broke up because there is an underlying friendship powering the romance.

We keep in touch because we like to keep a few Booty Calls on the side when we have an open night.

Exes usually make great booty calls. We know it's been all said and done, and it didn't work out but the sex was still good.

Because us men process our emotions differently than you gals and still like you & want your friendship. Women have a more dificult time letting go of their anger and resentment and are more apt to carry a grudge. I think it is out of self preservation.
