I want to be a size Australian 8 or American 2, and have just 5 wks to lose some weight. I am currently 127 pounds and 5'4..and suggestions?

no ..thats for a sore throat... try drinking fresh grape fruit juice in the morning.

Not really. Lemon juice is an acidic, and drinking it early in the morning with out food, will upset your stomach. Try eating oatmeal, or granola, fruit, Special K cereal, things that can clean you out, but make your stomach full.

Exercise and Grapefruits, to eat. Not lemons to drink. Also eat smaller portions of food. Its said that it takes fifteen minutes for your body to tell you its had enough food. Be wise, if after fifteen minutes, your still hungry, eat a desert but not before.

i really good diet is called the fat flush, all the tips are included in a book that you can get from your library. they tell you to drink hot water with lemon juice daily with pure cranberry juice. i lost five pounds in a week on this diet with excersise.

Freshly squeezed lemon juice alone will detox your body. You will have to excercise if you really want to lose weight. Biking is really good for that.

Drink lemon juice with warm water, it is a very good diuretic and natural . It is supposed to burn fat

lots of exercise. So far I haven't found anything to lose that much weight either and the only thing I know to do is exercise alot.
