well if you think about it god had to help the world and humanity through its "baby steps". but since we have had time to develop and we should have been able to learn and pick up on things by now, he has left us to judge things for ourselves. i guess mankind is kind of like a teenager that has gained its independence. just a thought.

God has different reasons for each occasion that He shows his power. In the past it might have been a sign to the Jews, to Pharaoh and to the world that He is the almighty God who will deliver his people. God has been revealing Himself to mankind in different ways.
"Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world. He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become as much superior to angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than theirs. Hebrews 1:1-4
Since the day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit came God has for the most part been demonstrating his power by changing lives. There are still other types of miracles that occur but none like the ones that happened when He brought the Jews out of Egypt. That's because God has revealed Himself through his Son and now through the true church of born again believers.

god dont do calamity nature does
want god to live your whole life for you?
open your eyes and see that which god gave say thanks for that ,dont ignore the good god did give and just blame god for the bad
what you think god is a magition just doing little tricks for his children
belief when you got proof aint faith ,even jesus realised you cant help people all the time cause they stop thinking for them selves
he told his mates ,you guys are lucky you guys seen me do this stuff you believe with proof ,but think of those who only hear your stories and must believe of faith

It might be because people of the past had more faith than we do now. God might also want people to openfully believe in Him, instead of relying on miracles to get saved. Nowadays, it seems as if peopole will only believe in God if they see a miracle. As if there aren't miracles everyday! God wants people who will have faith in Him even if they don't see miracles.

In the first place, how did you even arrive at this conclusion? What's your basis for saying so? Any statistical references or documents to back your claim?

It's always easier to propagate a myth if all of the "miraculous" things happened before any of the practitioners were born...
