I try to eat healthy, i work out 3 times a week, and drink lots of water. but i can't seem to make my weight go down. I am 29 and was curious if my problem was a slow metabolism and what can be done to remedy this?

As you grow older your metabolism slows down

As long as you see results and you LOOK better than thats fine because its probably because you are building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat

maybe you are thin enough already, if not shake up the diet and exercise. always doing the same thing can put you on a plateau
