She could have just written it as a joke. Admittedly, sometimes I call my boyfriend the "father of my children", but we have no children at all lol. Its just a joke. She could've just been kidding... however, if she has children that she raises by herself, I would press the issue.

Do you have Matt on the BC? Saying hes the biological parent? That could get really messy... Max could take you to court and get a paternity test and prove Daisy is his and get some type of rights and you and your husband could get into potential trouble..IF he didn't give over his rights in paper work from a judge. I mean honestly, you already picked sides.. I do see you will side with your husband but Max is her biological father and if he is willing to step up and be a father than you should let him. It would only benefit Daisy to have 2 loving fathers. I almost did what you did, but still there is no father on my daughters birth certificate and the biological father pays child support with no contact to us. (His choice) I don't think you should lie to her, that could really hurt her as she gets older. I've been telling my daughter she has 2 daddy's and they both love her very much. Just the other one lives far away and can't see her all the time so that's why she has 2. I would give Max a chance and if he steps up and sees her every other weekend or anything, do it. Give him a good chance and if he proves he wants to be her father maybe Matt might accept it a little better. If it wouldn't be safe for her like you fear her safety with him then raise her as Matt's. But make your choice FOR YOUR CHILD not for Matt or Max. The only one that matters and will get hurt is Daisy. Congrats on your pregnancy. Good luck! I wish you the best!

well it could just have been a 'pet name' of sorts at the time. Or he might actualy have a child. Just stay calm. explosive things could happen with such discoveries.

She could have meant it futuristically. As in she wanted him to be the father of her future children

well it may be that she just wanted him to be the daddy of her "future" children....it realy depends i guess on your boyfriends character..is he honest and straight forward or has he lied and hidden things from you in the past? it's realy an answer you already know you just may not want to admit to it..

If you don't believe him, why don't you ask his mom. I don't know why she'd write that, but it's up to you who you want to believe.
