No, although it was debated over, Lexus never made the IS 200. They introduced the IS in 2001 as the "Lexus IS 300," and they revamped the IS series for the 2006 model year. Now, they have the Lexus IS 250 and the Lexus IS 350. They're (250 and 350) identical in shape and size, but the only difference is in the engine and horsepower. I think these cars look much more sporty and sleek, and like all Lexuses, AN AWESOME RIDE! =)

In US the first IS model that was introduced was IS300 in 2001. Which is the same as the toyota Altezza. The numbers only designate how many litres the car has. 300 means 3.0 litre V-6.

Now Lexus has the IS250 and the IS330. It is the same car just different engine sizes

Every time I'm in one it feels suspiciously like I'm just sitting in a heavily re-worked Toyota Corolla. Otherwise it's okay.

I don't think so. They only make IS 250 AWD, RWD, RWD manual, and 350 RWD
