The can says that i mix soup and one can of water. And for Creamier Soup use 1 can of milk. Does this mean that i use one can of milk instead of the water, or am i adding a can of water and a can of milk?

You are substititing the milk in place of the water DO NOT ADD BOTH! One or the other!

Yes substitute milk for the water. And Add some (real) butter you'll love it.

It's either or, not both. My son loves it and he adds about 1/2 of a can of milk. Then puts shredded cheddar cheese on top.

add gold fish or cheddar or pepperoni to give it a kick in flavor

just add the milk. i would also add grated cheese and some green onion to your soup it makes it ten times better.
