Tell them how you are very adaptable and adjust well to change. You also want to be eager to learn and very positive.

You want to be professional, well spoken and confident. Make sure your clothing is appropriate and don't wear perfume.

You should also have some questions ready to ask the interviewer about the company....stuff like, "is there any room for advancement?' and "how long has this company been in business?" You really want to show interest in the company/job.

I don't know if there any magic words to say to secure a job. It's always good to know some history of the company you're applying to. It's good to "accent" your strong points that related to the job. (example, if it's a clerical job and you're a helluva a typist, be sure to play your typing skills up") Direct eye contact when interviewing and follow up after the interview with a phone call saying how "excited or eager" you are to start working with and for the people of (name of company) Try not to kiss butt or seem fake, just be you and convince your future employers that YOU are the key to the success of their company!!!

There really isnt just one thing. The overall attitude has to be as positive as possible. If you have ever heard the expression to tell them everything that they want to hear than thats the key to a sucessful interview.

Be honest, acentuate your good points and don't ask how long a company has been around look up things like that before the interview so that when you are asked questions like what do you know about this organisation you can answer meaningfully.
