Your first answer is correct, get Firefox. It is going to be release on
next Tuesday, but you can download it now. If his URL does not
respond, go to through Google and search "Mozilla Foundation"
it will open the whole lot, go to downloads and you will see
Firefox 2.0. (note this is not a RC version for contributors for
trial purposes, I am one) this is the final version. Download will
be about 17Mb. and is self expanding to 52Mb. Note: I have had
the trial versions on every release since they started with the 1.0,
and I can assure you that there is no better browser around. It is
fast and has all the tabs you need plus anti phishing. Follow the
easy to install, just drag the Firefox to applications, and eject
the loader plus your download. I promise you that you will be
very pleased. I have a iMac 10.4.8 (Tiger) which runs on the
latest Safari browser, and every time I enter Yahoo Q&A it
simply quits. Firefox has never done this, even on the trial
version. When downloaded enter your Firefox preferences
and you are in good hands. Cheers, Iain Ritchie
PS, I am using this version now, and the best is that you get
it free, for Microsoft,Linux and Macs.

This in not an internet explorer issue, it's a WINDOWS one. That's the way it is. Morpheus can give you a lot of trouble anyway... get emule.
As for browsers, IE7, just out, seems more stable than IE6. But if you encounter browser problems, just get FIREFOX, v. 2.0 is out on TUESDAY!!! Even then you'll get the same closing thing with Firefox sometimes, be warned!!!
