It depends on her body structure. If she works out and has muscle tone she can weigh more but be in shape. It doesnt sound like she is overweight but if she thinks she is tell her to up her exercise and eat a little healthier and she should be fine.

when my friends ask me if they are over weight i just say i dont answer those type of questions or i say you can change your weight if you want to and be happy with it but just dont go to over board with gaining or losing and do it in a positive way for your body..be happy with what you are and know that you are in control
just say something nice but be truthful
i have an over weight friend and i tell her that i am proud of her and that she should keep losing the weight and that she is doing it in the right way(s)if she is and if she isnt then help with her/him get better

Ask a doctor and dont be so concerned about weight. It is relative to one's body type. Get body fat percent "measured" instead and discuss that with a doctor. It is more important.

No, that would not be overweight. In fact that is what I weigh, it means she has a BMI of 22, which is perfectly healthy and acceptable. HTH : )

She may be a little pudgy, but "Fat" and "Overweight" are two very different things.
But It depends on her structure and body makeup. I'd look up her BMI but I don't want to right now.
YOu can find a BMI (That's body mass index) on http://www.tlc.com/honey.

For her height I would say NO but so much depends on body make-up and race it is hard to know just from what you have posted.

you need to be honest. She is looking for some guidance, what looks best, or what to wear. She must think your opinion counts, or she wouldn't ask. She might be insecure, help her out a bit. give honest but tact full answers to her questions.
