I just unrolled the rug (bought Overstock.com) and the edges are curled. Especially the edge on the inside of the roll.

You can lay the carpet upside down and place items on the places that curl. Leave it like that for a day or so and it should straighten it out. Or you can roll the rug back up the opposite direction and leave rolled for a day also and that should take out the curls.

The best way that I know is to roll it the other way and tie it with something and let it sit over night. If that don't work sit some heavy things on the rolled end.

Believe it or not, with your iron set on the steam level. Turn it upside down and go for it.
