Well your a Criminal in that you entered the USA Illegally for one. Second your SS Number cannot be valid if you are truly an Illegal therefore your also quilty of Identity theft which would be crime number 2. Is a murderer not still a murderer after 30 years. I respect that you have a job and are raising three kids but, MY big question would be WHY NOT become LEGAL. I simply don't understand why you would be here 30 years and not attempt to become legal. It sounds as if you should be legal BUT that doesn't excuse Illegal entery but after 30 years I really think that can be tossed. If you stole a SS number though thats pretty serious. Either way I hope you the best and if you truly are illegal do you and your family a favor and become legal. Good luck.

Yes you are "illegal" which means undocumented unless you have a valid visa or a permanent residency.
If you are "illegal" because you let your visa expire, no problem, you can file for the green card. visit the USCIS website.
If you are illegal because you entered without inspection
( crossed the border in an unauthorized manner or used a false visa0, then you are out of luck unless you have the protection of a law called 245i. If you never filed for the green card last time the govt gave aliens a chance (prior to April 30, 2001), then you are out of luck. Even if married to a USC, if you file, you will be placed in deportation proceedings.

Yes, you are still illegal. Social number means nothing, neither do the kids except if they were born here and are called "anchor babies". Job changes nothing as well.

Before it's too late, you should turn yourself in to 'Immigration Officials' and let them figure out what you have to do to become an American. I know one thing is you have to learn English and be able to use it. You should leave 'la raza' alone and try to get legalized, elswise, you will eventually be deported, along with family.

No. Is the social security number real? Real or not .. the Immigrants that have been here for more than 2 years and are working and have families are supposed to be allowed to apply for status adjustment and be allowed to stay here.

You are consider an ILLEGEL IMMIGRANT. I don't care if you have been here for 50 years. If you didn't go through the proper channels to get here then you will always be an IILLEGEL IMMIGRANT bottom line!!!!!!!!!!

Unless you have filled out the appropriate paperwork with INS you are still considered illegal. The papers are easy to fill out. You don't need an attorney. My wife & I did the whole process from forms we printed online. Be prepared to pay "fines" for your "crime" of being here though. I got my work permit right away but it was over 2 years before I got my greencard.

God bless you!

Yep...
You violate the law over and over again every moment you spend here as an illegal immigrant...
