Whether men are prats or not, depends on how clever the person asking the question is.
A Prat is a fool, or ineffectual person, if you can do everything a man can do, better than the men, and you can do more as well, then you have the right to call us all prats.

There is a time and a place to be a prat. When drinking alcohol for instance. Other times we can be very sensible and grown up (such as when in court for alcohol related prat-ness lol)

If you have that kind of attitude towards people then yes you will meet idiots because that is all you deserve. If, however, you embrace people and try to see the good in them and show them the good in you then you will meet some really lovely people.
