I am getting the runaround from Safeauto Ins, they summited me a settlement which I believe was fair. I got all documents signed and returned, it's been about 2 weeks and I've called each day to see if they have recieved my paperwork. Which they haven't. So today I called the supervisor who told me that they we're having mailing problems??? Ya right. Is there any thing I can do to make them speed up the process. And btw it takes a day or two for them to recieve mail from where I live!!!

Why don't you ask for another release and then overnight it to them or send it certified mail? In some bigger companies with mail rooms (it's not like they have one claims examiner sitting in a little office who takes care of his own mail) it can take 7-10 days for mail to get to the examiner's desk. But two weeks is a long time. It could be that it got lost, which happens and is the reason why I suggested that you have them fax you another release and then send it in a way that it can be tracked.

Honestly, you get what you pay for, Safe Auto is known for low rates with just min requirements, not good customer service.

If you made a copy of the paperwork, see if you can fax it to them directly. Other, you can mail it again with the USPS - they have a service that lets you know when its been received.

more than likely the mail problem is that it's laying around on someones desk
call them and request another set of papers & documents and then send to them by registered mail
anytime you are in a hurry for something like this always send it registered, it only costs a little more, they have to sign for it and therefore can't deny receeiving it

Chris is right; two weeks is long enough...request a release by fax and overnight it and copies of all other paperwork tomorrow. This is the US postal service but come-on, you could have WALKED it to them by now.

You pronounced, he pronounced....it is very hassle-loose in claims. His insurer is obligated to check out the declare loss formerly they approve condominium or pay any volume. i'm particular you may want your corporation to do the comparable for you. it quite is achievable which you reside in a state that bars you from any restoration in case you haven't any longer have been given particular rules, like condominium. in case you haven't any longer have been given it the different corporation won't could pay you any. in case you DO then for heavens sake call your corporation and get a condominium automobile.

Send them another copy with return receipt from the post office. If they still claim they don't have your paperwork when you have proof that they do, call a lawyer.
