Talk to your parents and/or your guidance counselor. Most teachers are very nice, but, I know from personal experience that there are a few rotten ones out there. Be specific as to how she picks on you when you talk to someone also. Is she insulting your intelligence, your appearance, etc.? You need to give all the details or it could sound to an adult like another student who just doesn't want to meet the requirements of a classroom. Good luck.

Discuss how you feel about the way she's treating you before or after class. Many students feel this way about their teachers at some point in their life, and it may just be a huge misunderstanding.

But if you still feel abused or neglected as a student after talking to her, then talk to a counselor or other authority figure.

well, if you want to follow the rules, talk to your school counselor. Better yet, get parents involved. They have WAYYYY more influence!

If you want to have fun about it, organize a group to plastic-wrap her desk. Or release a crapload of crickets in a filiing cabinet.
Get the whole class to hum one note at the same time. She won't be able to tell who's humming and who isn't.
Cover every single surface with mini sticky notes.
Hide all her pens.
Rearrange the classroom so it's completely backwards. Or just her desk so it's a mirror image of what it was before.
Set up her computer to ribbit like a frog every time she clicks her mouse. Set her desktop to an annoyingly cute picture of a frog.
If her chair is cloth, pour water on it. It'll be horribly damp the rest of the day :)

ahh... I could go on for hours... sigh.
