restraining order

Look up the state laws on the advice I'm about to give you. It may be legal to do this in your state. It's legal in Washington State.
What I did, when I was evicting my ex-wife, was put her belongings into a paid storage locker and gave her the key to the lock along with the information to where her belongings are. I also paid for the storage until she changed the lock, which was illegal, and then she took over the payments.
Once you put their belongings in a secure location, they have no say as to where you live and may not be allowed to return. However, I would also change the locks on all the doors where you live.
Now, remember, you need to make sure that the laws of the state, or city, allow for this kind of action. If you are making use of a personal lawyer, have him look into this for you. Make sure to protect yourself that way first.
Good luck.

take him to court unless you can prove domestic violence you really can't force him to leave as you are married don't leave unless things are violent as it's harder to get the house if you move out now you could change the locks when he's not home but depending on the laws of your state you could get in trouble. there is eviction court but you'd have to say he is not paying rent mortgage or whatever. it really sucks when relationships mend and one or the other just refuses to be decent and go away

Learn to spell and speak proper english, then I would stab him in the stomach with a broken beer bottle or a broken crack pipe (which ever you have handy). Cut yourself on the arm and call the cops. Say that he raped you and cut you with the bottle(or pipe) and then you took it from him and stabbed him. You will be a hero!
