Use pumice to scrub off the dead skin, and then slather yourself, your whole self, not just dry skin, with cocoa butter lotion. This will also prevent stretch marks. Also, a little known fact is dry skin means you're dehydrated. Drink more water....your body will thank you, and so will your baby. God Bless.

There is a great stone file by Dr. Scholl's. It has a light blue handle, and has a "salt" look to the stone. It has done wonders for getting rid of the dead skin on my heels. I use that first. Then, I smooth my feet with a Dual-Action foot file from Dr. Scholl's.

Avon has products for both. Foot Works has all kinds of products for the feet, and Moisture Therapy for the hands. Priced pretty reasonable, too.

There is a product called "pretty feet and hands" comes in a blue plastic bottle. You can find it on the internet if your drugstore does not have it. I have used it, it's a sloughing cream, works very well.

this might artwork for the time of your being pregnant and after. once you're in the bathe or tub use a pumice stone to mushy away the tough spots. later on use a sturdy moisturizing lotion to maintain them mushy between baths.
